Order Policies

Thank you for visiting Mypantryexpress.org! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our general ordering policies. For more information, please check out our FAQs.

As we can only fulfill a limited number of orders for each pick-up date and location, shopping on My Pantry Express is limited to once a week. If multiple orders are submitted for the same week under the same name and e-mail address, we will automatically cancel any additional orders; only the first order submitted will be fulfilled. You will be notified by email of these cancellations. If you believe a cancellation to be in error, please contact us at support@mypantryexpress.org or 630.443.6914.
We appreciate your mindfulness to your fellow shoppers to ensure everyone has a chance to shop on My Pantry Express.

If you have an account through the My Pantry Express website, you can edit your order and change your pick-up date or location up to three (3) business days before your scheduled appointment.
If you do NOT have an account through the My Pantry Express website and are submitting your order as a guest, once you click ‘Submit’ you will not be able to make any edits to your order, including pick-up date or location.
For both account holders and guests, pick-up date and location CANNOT be changed day-of.

If you are not able to pick up your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can cancel it. As we can only fulfill a limited number of orders for each pick-up date and location, early cancellations allow us to offer that spot to another My Pantry Express shopper.

If you have an account through the My Pantry Express website, you will be able cancel your order up to three (3) business days before your scheduled appointment. For any cancellations after that time, please email us with your pick-up date and your order number so we can cancel the order
**Before you cancel, please note that you can have someone else pick up the order for you! They will need to know your order number when they arrive at the pick-up location.
***If your order is NOT picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up time, we will automatically cancel your order.***
If you do cancel your order, you are welcome to submit a new order at your convenience.
